Create an Education Timeline of events that support your questioning of and accounting for those ideas that inform your central beliefs and concerns about education. For each event on your Education Timeline, please include a succinct summary of the event and discuss the significance of the event including how/why each event supports your questioning of and accounting for those ideas that inform your beliefs and concerns about education. Write in the first person. ( ~150 words for each event). Events are to include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Personal experiences as a student and/or as a teacher, from pre-school through graduate school and beyond, that inform your central beliefs about education.
- Historical events (political, cultural, social, economic, educational) that inform or are otherwise significant to your central beliefs about education;
- Media events that inform or are otherwise significant to the formation of your central beliefs about education;
- Publications that inform or are otherwise significant to the formation of your central beliefs about education.
